About our Blend
A secret mix of 14 herbs and spices, our unique, house blend, All in One Seafood Boil spice blend is based on the classic flavour profile of a true South Louisiana boil and may or may not owe a debt of gratitude to the Zatarains company of Louisiana. Simply add a whole packet of spice to a pot of boiling water and cook your boil (and all the fixins) - for a perfect, lip tingling, at home seafood-boil experience.
1 Small Pack is 110g - enough for a 2L Boil (for 2/3 People).
1 Large Pack is 250g - enough for a 4.5L Boil (for 4/6 People).

Directions for Use: Add 55g of Spice per 1L of water. Bring pot to a boil, add spice packet, lemons, oranges, garlic and onion - and boil anything from Crab to Crawfish, Shrimp and Lobster, along with smoked sausage, corn and potatoes to lip tingling perfection.
Pro Tip - save a teaspoon of spice for dusting your boiled seafood with.
Other Uses: Decatur seafood boil spice is great anywhere you need an amped up punch of heat, tingle and zip. It's unbelievable in a bloody mary, rims a spicy margarita perfectly, and makes a sensational seasoning for just popped popcorn.
