Once we pass the kits to our couriers, delivery time is determined by their routing. Typically our kits are delivered by Packfleet within London and DPD outside of London. Look out for an email or text from them for more information on your delivery time.

If you'd like a delivery before a certain time on your delivery day, we're happy to arrange this for you, however there are additional charges associated with this.

You should have received an order confirmation at the time of purchase. If you didn't, please let us know and we can send this to you.

Sure! Just drop us an email with your order details and the new shipping address and we'll go ahead and change that for you, so long as the package hasn't left our HQ!

Currently the only items we can ship internationally are teeshirts / merchandise, as all of our food is fresh.

Orders arrive each Friday, though in some circumstances we can get kits to you on other days during the week. Feel free to get in touch if you'd like a delivery on another day.
