Though many of you may know us from eating our meal-kits at home, we've been popping up across London for the last 10 years in various guises. From long term residencies, to short appearances at some of our favourite venues in the city. Our menus at pop ups vary depending on the set up - but explore southern foodways and some of Louisiana's greatest hits
