Ok, you asked for it (like, A-LOT) - and we're finally happy to announce that we're producing Beignets for you to cook at home!

Though beignets do come in all shapes and sizes in New Orleans, with different flavours and even fillings - our Beignet recipe has been designed to replicate the classic Cafe Du Monde style beignet - light, slightly crisp on the outside and piled with a mountain of powdered sugar. 

To cook our Beignets at home you will need to get the fryolater out to deep fry them - or a deep pot with around 2 inches of oil in (BYOO*). You'll also want to prepare a baking tray with a little paper towel to soak up any excess oil.

Our Beignets come Frozen and are designed to be cooked straight from the freezer -  so you will need to ensure there is space in your freezer for them (they take up about the same amount of space as a paperback novel).
