To help y'all celebrate this Holiday Season, we're bringing back our Reveillon feasting kits! What's a Reveillon, I hear you ask? A traditional New Orleans style feast enjoyed around Christmas with your nearest and dearest. We're doing our best to bring the New Orleans dining experience to your table with a 5 course FEAST for you all this Holiday Season.

We have strictly limited availability of these kits - so when they're gone they're gone!

Whats in the Kit?

• Our Bake at Home Cornbread, with Cane Molasses Whipped Butter
• Our Famous Chargrilled Oysters
• Turkey, Tasso Ham and Andouille Gumbo (Starter Size) with Rice
• Our Seafood Boil (Shrimp, Sausage, Corn & Potatoes) for all of your guests
• Bread Pudding, with Whiskey Cream and Spiced Plums

Plus FREE:

• Crystal Hot Sauce
• Oyster Knife
• Baking Containers for Cornbread and Bread Pudding

All kits come with everything you need to cook each of the dishes, at home, including comprehensive instructions.

All you need to provide is

• A couple of bowls for mixing your Cornbread and Bread Pudding Mix (it's super simple)
• A Saucepan to warm your Gumbo
• A Rice cooking vessel
• A Couple of Baking Tray or Barbecue to grill some oysters
• A pot to boil your seafood (you'll need a big one!) 
• 5+ friends to enjoy your kit with.

FAQs

• We recommend a 25L Pot for 10 person boil or fewer and a 36L Pot for 12 Plus
• Dont have a huge pot? You can split the boil across multiple vessels. We include some tips on how to do this in the boil (it involves keeping things warm in an oven and cooking in batches!)
• Unfortunately we cannot provide a pescatarian alternative for the Gumbo Portion of the meal.
  
• Kits Last for 48hrs from Delivery, when stored in a fridge.
